The purpose of the Flute Life Blog is simple. To share music, the love of music, and all it has to offer to those who enjoy having music in their life. Although the concepts are based on being a flute player, the theories and ideas can be applied to any business and anything creative. The flute therefore becomes a point of reference, rather than the point of the blog.
We are a community of musicians, and those who share the passion and desire for music. There are also many lessons that we can learn from it that give our lives value, and provide us tools to make our lives better while also helping other people. Knowledge also doesn’t have power by sitting in a book, or online, but what we can bring to it and turn it into. Our goal is to provide knowledge, life and music lessons, and share our love and passion for music. Fortunately, music is such a power tool, that many people can understand it, and make it a part of their lives without having to be a musician. Many people who aren’t musicians appreciate the value, and diversity it can bring to life.
The other goal of the Flute Life Blog is to provide information, and to be a resource for those who are in the flute community, for self improvement and improvement of the tools that we have available. By giving to others, in any way that we can, we provide more opportunity for others to share and learn. I believe we all have value, and can bring something to the table. We also want to provide a structure where you can have a voice, and ideas can be shared, and grown upon. We will also dive deep into the information that we have so that you can get a comprehensive view about each subject. Some posts may be more in depth than others, but hopefully there is something you can gain from each post.
As of right now, the community is not open to members, but you can be a part of the community by commenting, sharing and exploring these concepts with us. We have a staff of writers who is slowly developing, and have opinions and ideas to share. We want to share as many ideas and opinions as we can, and give people the tools to be successful within the music and life. If there is something you’d like to see us write about, please comment and let us know. The only limits to this are what we create, and this is just as much a life blog as it is a resource. Up to date information is a priority, and if there is an error in a post, or something you have an opinion about, please share! We are looking to provide the best content with can, while still being informative and up to date.
You don’t have to be a flute player to understand and be a part of this. Your ideas about what you do, and what you bring are important to us! You may be in a completely different field, and do something completely unrelated to music, but there are lessons in all that we do.
